" I hope that I can introduce different opinions from other judges by my diverse working background. I'm working as sommelier for about 10 years in Korea, London, Macau and Hong Kong."
"My favourite part of judging is for debating for medal winner wines. I love to hear that why other judges want to give higher score to get the wines medals or vice versa. Basically learn things from judges who understand better about wine, competition itself than me. Again, it's a huge learning process for me to join in the competition."
"I particularly have interest for Pinot Nor and Sparkling wines. Wish I can get the luck to join in those categories judging!"
