The four major ingredients which shochu is made from - mugi (barley), imo (sweet potato), kome (rice), kokuto (brown sugar) - result in widely different flavour profiles. Join Masahiko Endo, head of Hong Kong's sophisticated Japanese whisky and cocktail bar Mizunara: The Library, to explore, taste and compare the four types of shochu.

He will also prepare an innovative cocktail made with trophy-winning shochu exclusively for this tasting event!
