Davy Leung is an independent Wine Educator, Sommelier and F&B Consultant for private kitchens and groups in Hong Kong and Australia. With his extensive wine industry experience, he makes every endeavor to provide consultations to corporates and business schools in both Hong Kong and Greater China. Davy is a WSET Diploma holder and Certified Wine Educator(CWE); Italian Wine Ambassador & Educator by Vinitaly International Academy; a Certified Specialist of Wine & Spirits; Certified Spanish Wine Educator, Wines of Portugal Ambassador, KEC Koshu Expert. With his continuous contribution in the wine industry, Davy holds the Chair of the Society of Wine Educator Hong Kong Chapter since 2017.
"By understanding the market trend and consumer behaviour, at the same time evaluating on different styles of wine on the market could definitely benefit wine education experience as well as pursuing the MW title.
In addition, judging in "food and wine" would be extremely fun (as it sounds), and I will also making use of my wine judging experience in the 5StarWines Verona 2019 and contribute in the Italian flight.
