Test Your Palate is the perfect chance to discover 400+ competition-quality wines and spirits from all around the world, including lesser known regions, new styles and trending varieties. Get insider tips and learn tasting tricks from Asia’s most experienced and awarded wine judges. Taste what you like, when you like and how you like- it is the largest “open bar” in Hong Kong!

A perfect way to end your work day, gather your friends, enjoy wines and spirits from the world’s great regions, celebrated winemakers and rising stars. Hong Kong’s most diverse and fun wine tasting event is back this August - now in Central!

To really test your palate and excite your taste buds, join our VIP food pairing workshops "Mix & Match Series: Cava edition (Aug 27) and Sake edition (Aug 28)". Either with a diverse selection of Spain’s signature sparkling wine, cava, or a select line up of top quality sake, top wine and sake experts will lead this innovative pairing with delicacies crafted by Sake Central.

Explore these pairings with a bespoke menu*, including oyster, wagyu tartare, arancini balls and more. With award-winning sake (including Katsuyama Junmai Daiginjo Den, winner of the 2019 President Medal Kura Master) and cava from Codorníu, the world’s original producer of cava (since 1872), this is a very special and unique experience not to be missed by food and wine lovers.

*The bespoke menu is not a dinner menu. Tasting sets will be served during the workshops at 19:15 - 20:00 on both nights.
