Chester Chow has worked in the F&B industry for 12 years and is a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers. He is currently a sommelier at Mott 32, one of Hong Kong’s most awarded restaurants. Located in the heart of Central district, Mott 32 is a contemporary Chinese restaurant. Chester also has two years judging experience in various Asian wine magazine competitions.
