"Born and raised in Hong Kong, William Fu has been working in the F&B industry for more than 15 years. His working experience includes both fine and casual dining establishments. He is a WSET Level 2 holder and is a Certified Sommelier in the Court of Master Sommeliers. Since May 2018, he is als also a Chevalier de Ordres des Coteaux de Champagne. William’s wine journey has taken him to wine regions in France (Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Rhone and Champagne) as well as Sake & Beer Breweries in Japan. He has been a judge at the Asia Wine & Spirit Awards (AWSA) in 2015 and 2017."
