Wilson Liu is a co-founder of Beer Geeks Generation. He started out on his craft beer journey from home brewing. He believes that in order to understand a beer style, the best way is to brew it. He was previously an instructor of beer appreciation workshops, and editor of the Malt & Spirits Magazine’s beer column, and is keen to explore the impacts of different ingredients and brewing techniques on style profiles. Wilson is also a wine lover and is a member of the Executive Committee of The Society of Wine Educators Hong Kong Chapter.
