Yvonne Cheung is the Director of Restaurants at The Upper House. Yvonne cultivated a unique ability to bridge her love of academic studies based in history, language and anthropology, with her passion for the food, beverage and hospitality industry. This was cemented after earning degrees from both University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York (CIA).

After an additional 3 years of professional development in California’s Napa Valley, Yvonne was invited to drive the program for The Upper House, beginning her career with Swire in 2010. She is well-recognized for her influence in the industry through international publications, beverage media channels and the Court of Master Sommeliers.
