As an Advanced Cicerone® and representative for the Cicerone Program in Hong Kong, I’m all about thoughtfully expanding consumers appreciation of all beer styles. Whether slinging pints at Out of the Brew, nurturing the next generation of Cicerone’s or savoring a fine Belgian lambic in a dusty beer cave, my aim is to share the joys of exceptional beer.
