Graduated from one of the most well-known hotel management schools in Switzerland in 2008, Billy has started his career in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. With his qualification and working experience, Billy had become a professional sommelier excelling in wine and food pairing.

He has also managed wine portfolios across reputable dinning groups in such as Grand Hyatt Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, Gourmet Dining Group and K.O Dining. With his refined service skills and communication skills, Billy has always received recognition from both guests and colleagues. His meticulous service standards paved the way for his tenure at the Vocational Training Council since 2009 as a tutor. Besides, his passion in wine drove him to join the Hong Kong Sommelier Association in 2013.
