Della Tang

After learning about wine and gaining her first restaurant experiences in Paris, Della Tang returned to mainland China and became a sommelier at Maison Lameloise Shanghai in 2018. She joined Ensue in Shenzhen in 2019 as a member of opening team. Within in a year, her curation, Ensue's wine list was awarded as China's Best Wine List of the Year, followed by her personal award as Sommelier of the Year 2020. With the development of the restaurant group, she became the group sommelier of Savor in 2021 and has been managing four different wine programs ever since. This year she also received the inaugural Beronia Asia’s Best Sommelier Award 2023.
