Alex Ko has 8 years experience in the F&B industry in Hong Kong. He is a veteran in the competitive cocktail circuit as a multiple times Hong Kong finalist in Diageo World Class, Bacardi Legacy, Diplomatico World Tour, and Havana Club Grand Prix. A cocktail specialist with a broad-based knowledge in spirits and liqueurs, Alex has a strong academic focus on the history and culture surrounding cocktails and their individual components. He was formerly the bar manager at Gough’s on Gough, a modern British restaurant by designer Timothy Oulton.
