Pairach is a wine educator at John Robert Powers and has been a well-known figure in the Thai F&B industry for over twenty years. He is also the President of the Association of Thai Sommeliers and the only Thai to be certified as a BIVB-Official Burgundy Wine Educator and CIVB-Bordeaux Wine Educator. He was named “The Best Sommelier of Thailand in 1996” was awarded as a Commandeur de Gastronomie Française from the Institut de Gastronomie Française. Pairach a taster for Thai Airways and his judging experience includes: HKIWSC, Veronafier and Thailand Restaurant News.
